These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the products and services provided by Oracle Merchant Services (“OMS,” “we,” or “us”). By using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

Services Provided

Oracle Merchant Services provides payment processing, POS systems, virtual terminals, ACH processing, recurring billing, merchant cash advances, and related financial services. All services are subject to these Terms and applicable laws and regulations.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering binding agreements. Businesses must be properly registered, licensed, and compliant with applicable laws in order to use our services. OMS reserves the right to verify eligibility and refuse services to businesses or individuals that do not meet these requirements.

Account Responsibilities

• Keep login credentials secure; you are responsible for all activity on your account.
• Promptly notify OMS of unauthorized use or suspected security breaches.
• Maintain accurate and current business, financial, and contact information.

Fees and Payments

Service fees, processing rates, and applicable charges vary based on account type, underwriting.
