Accessibility Statement
Oracle Merchant Services is committed to making our website and services accessible to everyone.
Our Commitment
Oracle Merchant Services is committed to ensuring that our website and digital services are accessible to people with disabilities. We believe that every person should have equal access to information, services, and functionality on the web, regardless of ability.
Accessibility Standards
We strive to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at the AA level, which is the internationally recognized standard for web accessibility. These guidelines address a wide range of accessibility considerations including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, language, learning, and neurological disabilities.
What We Are Doing
To ensure accessibility, we have taken the following steps:
Design and Development: Our website is designed with semantic HTML, proper heading structure, and ARIA labels to ensure compatibility with screen readers and assistive technologies. All interactive elements are keyboard-accessible and focus indicators are visible for keyboard navigation.
Content: We provide text alternatives for non-text content, ensure sufficient color contrast ratios, and avoid relying solely on color to convey information. Our content is written in clear, plain language.
Forms and Inputs: All form fields include descriptive labels and error messages are clearly communicated. Our checkout and application processes are designed to work with screen readers and keyboard-only navigation.
Media: Video content includes captions and transcripts where applicable. Audio content includes text transcripts.
Testing: We conduct regular accessibility audits using both automated tools and manual testing with assistive technologies. We test with screen readers including NVDA, JAWS, and VoiceOver.
Known Limitations
While we strive for full accessibility, some third-party content or legacy features may not yet meet all WCAG 2.1 AA standards. We are actively working to identify and resolve these issues. If you encounter an accessibility barrier, please let us know so we can address it.
