Arti is the founder of Oracle Merchant Services and has spent his career designing custom payment processing and financing solutions for businesses across a broad range of industries. His background includes executive roles at multiple ISO firms throughout the Midwest, where he developed deep expertise in merchant services, deal structuring, and client relations.

Arti founded Oracle Merchant Services on a core principle: that the ISO model should be transparent, sustainable, and genuinely serve the businesses it supports. Under his leadership, OMS has grown into a trusted partner for thousands of companies nationwide, distinguished by its commitment to honesty, education, and the professional development of its people.

In 2026, Arti acquired a minority interest in Aqurion Holdings, a Delaware and Silicon Valley-based enterprise application development firm, furthering his vision of making scalable, enterprise-level business management software accessible to growing companies.

Arti is an active supporter of several nonprofit organizations, with a particular focus on expanding access to higher education through targeted grants and scholarships.

Aaron has served as General Counsel to Oracle Merchant Services since its inception, providing strategic legal guidance across all aspects of the business. He brings extensive experience from large firm practice in securities, banking, and corporate law, as well as boutique firm experience with a concentrated focus on general corporate matters, banking and finance, and transactional work throughout Latin America.

Prior to his role at OMS, Aaron served as General Counsel for multiple U.S.-based private equity funds. He has also held CEO positions at both a software company and an engineering services firm, giving him a rare combination of legal acumen and operational executive experience.

Aaron holds a Bachelor of Arts degree and a Juris Doctor degree.

Travis is a seasoned entrepreneur, business strategist, and technology executive with more than 24 years of experience founding and operating companies across hospitality, real estate, government affairs, and organizational psychology. He has a demonstrated track record of identifying market opportunities and building scalable operational systems across multiple industries and continents.

At Oracle Merchant Services, Travis is responsible for expanding the firm's presence throughout South America while simultaneously leading the company's strategic growth into the SaaS and artificial intelligence sector — two of the most significant initiatives in OMS's organizational history.

Travis holds a Bachelor of Science degree, Master's degree in Business Law and Psychology, and a Doctorate in Psychology, along with numerous professional accolades. He operates across an international portfolio of locations including Mill Valley, California; Troy, Michigan; Greenville, Delaware; Bogotá, Colombia; and San Sebastián, Spain.

David joined Oracle Merchant Services in 2023, where he leads underwriting operations and security strategy. His responsibilities include sourcing, evaluating, and structuring opportunities within the ISO space, as well as the ongoing monitoring and management of existing transactions.

David's professional background spans Fortune 100 banking, where he served on a dedicated underwriting team, and early-stage corporate environments where he specialized in debt advisory, structured credit, and risk management. He also founded two businesses during his academic career, demonstrating an entrepreneurial orientation that complements his analytical rigor.

David holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics and a graduate degree in Cybersecurity.

Kim joined the Oracle Merchant Services finance team in 2024, where she oversees accounting operations and regulatory compliance. She brings a distinguished professional background that spans public accounting, forensic auditing, and institutional fund accounting, with prior client experience serving hedge funds and venture capital firms.

Kim began her career in public accounting before advancing to forensic audit work, developing a precise, detail-oriented approach to financial oversight that she brings to every aspect of her role at OMS.

Kim holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting and a Master's Degree in Business Accounting.

Jordan joined Oracle Merchant Services in 2023 and plays a central role in identifying, structuring, and onboarding new client relationships, with a particular focus on high-growth businesses across the United States. In addition to his business development responsibilities, Jordan contributes to a range of internal management functions that support the broader OMS team.

Prior to joining OMS, Jordan worked within the merchant lending space at a regional processing firm, where he supported corporate and privately backed issuers across bank and institutional loan markets — experience that directly informs his ability to structure complex client engagements.

Jordan holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.

Estella leads marketing strategy at Oracle Merchant Services, with a dual focus on client acquisition and deepening the value delivered to OMS's existing client base. She brings a globally informed perspective to her role, having previously led Latin American business development efforts at a major national bank, where she managed a portfolio of legacy corporate clients across the region. Her experience also includes a senior role at a Boston-based technology startup and the founding of her own company in Argentina.

Estella is a founding member and active advisor to several community organizations, reflecting her commitment to regional economic development — a value closely aligned with OMS's mission in Latin America and beyond.

Originally from Argentina, Estella completed her secondary education in South Africa before establishing her professional career in the United States. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Business.
